01. PROTOCOL ACCEPTANCE

By establishing connection with the Lumen Labs network or initializing a deployment request, you agree to execute operations under the terms of this protocol.

02. ARCHITECTURAL SCOPE

Lumen Labs engineers Bespoke Operating Systems (BOS) designed to eliminate third-party SaaS dependencies. All custom architecture is defined strictly within the bounds of a finalized Master Services Agreement (MSA) prior to initialization.

03. DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY (IP OWNERSHIP)

Post-deployment and upon receipt of complete protocol funding, your entity assumes 100% equity and sovereignty over the engineered BOS logic, excepting generalized utility libraries and infrastructural boilerplate retained by Lumen Labs to facilitate system stability.

04. SYSTEM LIABILITY

Upon successful deployment handover and acceptance sign-off, Lumen Labs assumes zero liability for operational downtime, data corruption, or third-party API deprecations, except where governed by a continuous retainer maintenance protocol.

05. JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced strictly under the jurisdiction of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
