01. ACCEPTANCE

By using our website or requesting a build, you agree to these Terms of Service.

02. SERVICE SCOPE

Lumen Labs designs custom landing pages, complete business websites, and automated social media outreach systems. Details are agreed upon in writing before we begin the project.

03. OWNERSHIP

Once payment is fully completed, you own 100% of the code, files, and design assets. You are not locked into any proprietary software or monthly fee structures.

04. LIABILITY

After we hand over the site files, Lumen Labs is not responsible for future changes, domain costs, hosting issues, or modifications you make to the code.

05. JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
