These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lumen Labs website and Command Center platform operated by Lumen Labs ATL.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Content & Ownership

All content you create inside the Command Center belongs to you. You retain full ownership of any text, images, or data generated using our tools. Lumen Labs does not claim ownership of your generated content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
• Spam or abuse the review responder or outreach tools

Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. All sales of one-time services (websites, automation systems, etc.) are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumen Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the site.
